## Challenge

Foundas Jewelry is a family goldsmith business with physical stores and its own workshop, creating both ready-to-wear and custom jewelry. The brand needed an online store that could present its craftsmanship with the same care as the physical experience, while making online shopping simple, secure, and clear for Greek customers.

We designed and developed Foundas Jewelry as a Greek-language WordPress e-shop for a brand with strong roots in custom jewelry. The website combines a refined shopping experience with practical features that help customers explore collections, understand product details, request custom pieces, and complete their purchase securely.

We built a dedicated section for custom jewelry, helping visitors understand how a unique piece is created — from the first idea and choice of materials to the final result. Clear layouts, strong photography, and simple calls to action connect the online experience with the real workshop behind the brand.

## Product Videos in Categories

Category pages include product videos and lifestyle imagery, giving visitors a better sense of movement, texture, and detail. This helps the jewelry feel more real online and supports a more premium browsing experience before customers enter the product listings.

## Greek Online Store for Retail Customers

The store was built for Greek retail customers, with Greek product content, care information, checkout labels, and store pickup options. Product pages include useful details such as karats, stone type, chain length, and collection, helping customers feel more informed before buying.

## Alpha Bank Card Payments

We integrated Alpha Bank for secure online card payments, giving customers a trusted way to pay by card. Bank transfer also remains available for customers who prefer a more traditional payment method.

## Custom Made & Catalogue Presentation

The custom made experience sits alongside a full product catalogue, including signet rings, fine jewelry, chains, crosses, and gemstone collections. Educational content, wishlist functionality, and newsletter capture support product discovery and help visitors return to the store.
