We developed a custom WordPress and WooCommerce platform featuring a fully bespoke design, secure online payments, members-only content unlocked after purchase, and a custom integration with Last Mile for automated order fulfillment. The solution delivers a unified experience that combines information, shopping, and digital health services in a single platform.

WEB DEVELOPMENT
We designed and developed a custom bilingual WooCommerce store for Asthenis. The platform combines e-commerce, exclusive educational content, secure payment methods, and a custom 3PL integration that streamlines order fulfillment and simplifies day-to-day operations.
Exclusive Content for Customers
We created a protected content area available exclusively to registered customers after completing a purchase. Members gain access to nutrition and fitness videos, expert guides, and educational resources that extend the value of the products beyond the checkout process.
Custom 3PL Integration with Last Mile
We built a custom plugin that connects the WooCommerce store directly with the Last Mile 3PL platform. New orders are automatically forwarded for fulfillment, reducing manual work and creating a smoother order management workflow.
Interactive Menopause Assessment
We developed a custom online assessment for perimenopause and menopause, featuring a multi-step user experience, intelligent scoring and flag-based evaluation logic, and dynamically generated personalized results. The tool guides users with a clear and intuitive experience, providing informative feedback and suggesting appropriate next steps for support.
Viva Wallet & PayPal Payments
We integrated Viva Wallet and PayPal into the checkout process, providing customers with secure and flexible payment options for both local and international purchases. The goal was to keep the payment experience simple, familiar, and trustworthy.

The design features a soft color palette, clean typography, and a calm layout that reinforces the brand’s health-focused identity. Products are organized in a way that makes browsing intuitive, while the overall experience remains simple, welcoming, and ready to support future content expansion.
The members-only area is visually distinct from the public store, making it clear that customers receive additional value after purchase. Navigation is seamless for both new visitors and registered users, while the bilingual experience remains consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
