The client needed more than a simple website for their electric vehicle dealership. They needed a complete digital platform that could support vehicle presentation, custom configuration, B2B spare parts ordering, rentals, ERP synchronization, and a personal area for every vehicle owner.
Solution
We built a multilingual WordPress and WooCommerce platform with custom vehicle pages, a live configurator, a B2B spare parts portal, a rental booking system, Smart ERP synchronization, and an owner panel where customers can track warranty and service history. The platform also includes an admin panel where the team can manage vehicles, orders, and day-to-day operations from one place.

PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
We designed and developed Ecocar as a complete platform for the daily needs of an electric vehicle dealership. The website combines vehicle presentation, configuration, partner ordering, rentals, ERP synchronization, and customer support tools into one connected digital experience.
Vehicle Configurator
Each vehicle has its own custom page and configurator. Customers can choose the version, color, and extra equipment they want, creating a clearer buying experience before they speak with the sales team. From the backend, salespeople can also apply discounts or add extra costs when needed.
Owner Panel
Every customer who buys a vehicle gets access to a personal owner panel. They can see their vehicle, check warranty status, request or view warranty extension, review past services, and know when the next service is due. Automated emails notify them before warranty expiration or upcoming service, based on date or mileage.
B2B Spare Parts Ordering
Authorized partners can log in and order spare parts directly from the platform. This removes unnecessary phone calls and manual ordering steps, while keeping partner orders organized and trackable in one place.
Smart ERP Integration
The platform connects with Smart ERP, keeping products, price lists, orders, and customer data synchronized. This reduces manual entry, keeps information more accurate, and helps the business manage its daily operations through one connected workflow.

The design is clean, modern, and aligned with the electric mobility market. Each vehicle page has its own custom layout, so every model can be presented with the right structure, visuals, and information. The platform supports Greek and English, with a structure that can grow into more languages when needed.
The configurator guides customers through version, color, and equipment choices step by step. The owner panel brings warranty, service history, and reminders into one clear view. Across the platform, navigation connects vehicle pages, rentals, B2B ordering, and the owner area into one consistent experience.
